Second Chance @ Life, Team Kentucky has a mailing list and we'd love to add your name. We email information about the club, upcoming events and our secretary sends minutes from meetings. It's a great way to keep up with everything the club is doing. Email us your address and we'll get you on the list.

Come to a meeting and see what it's all about. We meet the second Sunday of every month at 2:00 at Kosair Shrine Center, 4120 Bardstown Road, Louisville 40218. We welcome visitors and would love to have you join us. It's a nice combination of people who have organ donation and transplant in common.
