Second Chance

Transplant Games of America holds transplant games every other year on even-numbered years. Athletes, those who have had a solid organ transplant, come from all over the country and several foreign countries as well. The six day event includes olympic style competitions complete with opening and closing ceremonies, medal presentations, a donor tribute assembly and plenty of events and activities for families and supporters. The 2018 games were held in Salt Lake City, Utah and included over 2,000 competitors and over 3,00o donor families, living donors and supporters.
